User Guide

Use RedTree without needing to understand its architecture.

The guide explains actions and choices from the user's point of view. Internal mechanisms remain internal.

01

Capture

Choose photo, text, voice, script or import. RedTree preserves the original entry and opens the appropriate capture flow.

02

RT Box

After capture, add a name, annotation and destination immediately, or choose Later and continue.

03

Xtree

Open the tree, navigate contexts, move or relate material, and use the contextual menu without losing provenance.

04

Notes, voice and annotations

Keep source audio, transcription and contextual annotations together.

05

Search and retrieve

Search names, annotations, metadata and transcripts; narrow the scope only when necessary.

06

Sync, storage and backup

Select the service, scope and synchronization rhythm; review backup and sharing state from one place.

07

Persistent threads

Create or open a thread that outlives the session, from the context to which it belongs.

08

Artificial assistance

Choose the context and operation before asking a connected artificial system to work.

09

Telephony

Calls and SMS; recording and transcription of conversations and voicemail messages; audio, text and actions linked to contacts, subjects and database records.

10

MSM · Messaging

Messages, mail, attachments and conversation history; AI analysis, summaries and extracted actions; contextual links to people and database records.

11

TMS · Time management

Appointments, reminders, deadlines and time-sensitive material, linked to their subjects. AI identifies commitments in your exchanges, organizes preparation, suggests schedule adjustments and warns about conflicts or approaching deadlines under your rules.
